The Dragon's Den is a candlelit cocktail tavern tucked inside Dragon Distillery - Frederick's first craft distillery, at 1341 Hughes Ford Rd. Old Line Tailgate co. runs the whole tavern: craft cocktails built on the distillery's own spirits, and a kitchen of wood-fired tavern plates and real Maryland barbecue.
Several times a year, the whole room becomes Ren at the Den - a renaissance tavern night of costume, character, and feast that's grown a loyal following. Pull up a chair, raise a glass, and stay a while.
